Propose, confirm, and execute admin actions on the WATT v2 multisig (2-of-2) across Altcoinchain, Polygon and WATTx. Connect the owner wallet, sign from both owners to reach quorum.
Propose granting MINTER_ROLE on WATT v2 to an address (e.g. the WATT⇄WTX bridge, so it can mint WATT on swaps). This creates a proposal; both owners then confirm and anyone executes.
Any contract call: target, value (wei), and calldata (hex). Use for anything not covered above (revoke minter, change owners, etc.).
The multisig is a smart contract — there is no seed phrase for it. It is controlled by its two owner wallets (nucash.eth & nobodyxbt.eth). A 2-of-2 action needs a proposal + a confirmation from each owner, then execute.
